Reservation & Payment

At time of reservation, 10% of invoice total required. Payment made by credit card or e-transfer. Reservation is not secure unless deposit is made. Balance of payment on day of tour (credit, debit, cash, e-transfer)

Meal costs not included.

Tour price includes current listed wineries on our web site. Tours may be subject to additional charges such as prearranged tasting fees.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen or unfavorable circumstances. We will provide a 100% refund. In addition, official government travel restrictions to the BC interior (e.g.flood, fire, pandemics etc), we will provide 100% refund.

Tour Cancellations - More than 72 hours from tour start time - full refund. Less than 72 hours from tour start time - no refund of deposit. Contact us to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Conduct

Guests are expected to be considerate to others. The driver reserves the right to remove anyone from the tour who appears intoxicated, abusive or is a nuisance to others.

No alcohol, food or beverages other than water or what is provided by the driver is to be consumed in the vehicle. Purchased alcohol must remain sealed and in the designated storage area of the vehicle.

No smoking or vaping in vehicle.
